Returns and refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How to start a return

To request a return, email us at info@palventogolf.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and one of the following:

  • you can arrange your own tracked return, or

  • we can provide a tracked return label and deduct the label cost from your refund.

Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@palventogolf.com so we can resolve it.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or item is to return your order (once approved) and place a new order.

EU / EEA 14-day cancellation right

If your order is shipped to the European Union / EEA, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition: unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days (bank processing times may vary).
